By visiting our website you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions: Definitions “Crafty Chefs” means Crafty Chefs Limited Liability Partnership of 12a Pine View Close, Haslemere, Surrey, GU271DU. “Client” means the individual, individuals or any business entity purchasing goods from Crafty Chefs. “Price” means the price for the goods excluding insurance, packing and carriage costs. “Goods” means any cooking party kits or any other product advertised on this website, which the Client purchases from Crafty Chefs. “Agreement” means the terms & conditions set out in this document and any additional terms agreed between the Client and Crafty Chefs, provided those additional terms are confirmed in writing by Crafty Chefs to the Client. “ Working day” means any Monday to Friday excluding statutory bank holidays. 1. General terms i. Any order by the Client will be interpreted as an offer to purchase goods by the Client according to the terms of this Agreement. ii. Crafty Chefs reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time. 2. Ordering (i) You are deemed to place an order with us when you order on our online checkout process. You will receive an email from Crafty Chefs confirming receipt of your order. (ii) Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. Our acceptance is subject to clause 2(iii). (iii) We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; or (b) we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; or (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error. 3. Price and Delivery costs i. The price is that set out on the order form, which the Client needs to complete and send to Crafty Chefs electronically. ii. In addition there is a standard delivery charge of £2.95 per order. Standard delivery is to all mainland UK destinations. iii. Standard delivery will take from 3-5 working days, from the next working day after the order has been placed. Crafty Chefs generally post second class on the next working day after the order has been received, but this cannot be guaranteed . iv. Crafty Chefs will undertake to deliver the Goods to the Client once full payment has been received. 4. Payment Crafty Chefs will not be obliged to deliver any Goods ordered until payment has been made. As soon as payment is made we shall make arrangements for the goods to be dispatched to the delivery address on the order form. 5. Cancellation, Replacement & Refunds i. The Client has a right to cancel if you are not happy with your order. If the Client is not satisfied with the order then provided it is returned to us within 7 days from receipt in good condition, in the original packaging and in a condition for immediate resale we will refund the price the Client paid. We regret we cannot refund the cost of postage and packaging. ii. If the Client purchases from us any Goods, which include the instructions on how to run a cooking party and the ingredients list, Crafty Chefs regrets that it cannot refund for any Goods which include these items. iii. If any Goods arrive broken or damaged the Client agrees to notify Crafty Chefs within 48 hours of receiving the Goods and Crafty Chefs will arrange a replacement or a refund; if the Client does not notify Crafty Chefs until after 48 hours of receipt any refund or replacement will be at the discretion of Crafty Chefs. 6. Visitor conduct 6.1 You must not misuse the Website. 6.2 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of UK law. 7.
